How you get leads without building a thing
We already own the website that ranks for your trade in your town. The calls it pulls in go to you. You do the jobs, we keep the site at the top, and you only pay for the leads that are real.
Five steps, and you are getting calls
No site to build, no ads to manage, no agency retainer. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
We rank a site for your trade and town
We have already built and ranked a website for the work you do in your area. It shows up when local people search for your service, so the calls land on it instead of you chasing leads.
Calls and forms come through a tracking number
Every call to the site runs through a local tracking number that records it and forwards it straight to your phone. Form leads are timestamped the second they land. Nothing slips past.
Real, in-area leads get counted, junk gets filtered
Our system scores each contact. A first-time, in-area person asking about your service counts. A robocall, a repeat caller, a wrong number or a sales pitch does not. You never pay for the junk.
You pay per lead or rent the site
Buy the leads one at a time and only the real ones are billed, or pay one flat monthly rate to rent the whole site and keep every call it sends. You can switch between the two month to month.
Your monthly report is the proof
Each month you get a plain report that lists every call and form, with recordings you can listen to. You see exactly what you are paying for. The recording settles any question about whether a lead was real.
A local number that rings your phone
The phone number on the site is one we own. When you sign on, we point it at the phone you already use. That is the whole setup.
There is nothing to install. No app on your phone, no new line to answer, no porting your old number over. A customer dials the number on the site, it rings your regular phone, and you answer like you always do. They never know it passed through us.
Because every call goes through that number, we can record it and put it in your report. If you ever stop renting, we simply point the number somewhere else. You were never tied to it, so you lose nothing.
- A local number we own and control
- Points straight at your existing phone
- Nothing to install, no app, no porting
- Every call recorded for your report
- You answer like you always have
What counts as a billable lead
The whole game is a tight definition of what counts, with a clear list of what never does. Here is ours, in plain words.
A billable lead is a first-time contact from someone in your service area, asking about your service. For a call that means a first call from that number in 30 days that runs at least 60 seconds, or leaves a voicemail. For a form or text it means a complete first-time submission with a working number. A real customer who calls and then hires someone else is still a billable lead, the same as from any source.
Never billed
- Calls under 60 seconds with no voicemail
- The same person again within 30 days
- Spam, robocalls and telemarketers
- Wrong numbers and silent hang-ups
- Anyone outside your area or service
- Our own test and quality-check calls
If you ever disagree
You get five business days to flag any lead you think should not have been billed. We pull the recording, review it, and reply within three days. If you are right, we credit it against your next invoice and note it in your report.
The recording settles it, which keeps both of us honest. You should never have to take our word that a lead was real, because the proof is right there in your report.
One lead, one business
The big national sites sell the same lead to four or five contractors, then you race to call first and lose half of them on price. Our leads go to you alone, so you close more of them and pay less per booked job.
Higher close rate
When you are the only one who got the call, you are not racing four other crews. More of the leads turn into booked jobs.
Lower cost per job
You pay a bit more per lead than a shared site, but because you win more of them, your real cost per booked job comes out lower.
You hold the market
No competitor can buy into your town through us. While you hold the market, every call from that site is yours and only yours.
How it works, common questions
What does pay per lead mean here?
You pay a set price each time a real customer reaches out, instead of a retainer or an ad budget. A lead is an exclusive call or form from someone in your area asking about your service. No inquiry, no charge. Spam, repeats and wrong numbers are never billed.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the trade and the town. Pay-per-lead runs from about $25 a lead for junk hauling and around $35 for tree work, because tree jobs are worth more. Renting a whole site starts from about $500 a month. Tell us your trade and town and we will give you the real number for your market.
Do I own the website?
No. When you buy leads or rent a site, you are renting the calls, not buying the site. We keep owning and ranking it, which is what keeps the leads coming. If you want a site you own outright, that is a custom build through our sister company Bold Coast Marketing Group, and that one is yours to keep.
Is the tracking number something I have to install?
No. It is a local number we own and point at your existing phone. Nothing to set up, no app, no porting. When you sign on we aim it at your line and the calls start ringing through. If you ever stop, we point it somewhere else.
Can I switch between buying leads and renting the site?
Yes, month to month, with no penalty. Start per-lead while you see whether the calls are real. Switch to a flat rental when your pipeline can handle the volume and you want to keep every lead. Slow season, switch back. It is one email either way.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
Yes. One business per market. Every call from your site goes to you and nobody else. We never sell the same lead to two contractors, which is why our leads close better than the shared ones from the national apps.
