Exclusive leads, billed only when they are real
Get the calls and form leads from one of our ranked Maine sites, exclusive to your business, and pay for the real ones only. No retainer, no ad spend, no shared contacts.
You only pay for billable leads. A billable lead is a first-time contact from someone in your service area, asking about your service, who reaches you live for at least 60 seconds, leaves a voicemail, or sends a complete form. Spam, repeats, wrong numbers, and out-of-area calls are never billed.
The problem with how most contractors buy leads
If you have tried the big national lead apps, you know the drill. You pay for a lead, then find out three or four other contractors bought the same one. You play phone tag, you lose half of them on price, and you still got charged. Worse, plenty of those leads were the wrong town, the wrong service, or a tire-kicker who was never going to book.
We built Bold Coast Leads to do the opposite. We rank a website for your trade in your town, and the calls it produces go to you alone. You are not racing anyone, and you are not paying for junk.
How the billing works
Every call to the site runs through a tracking number that records it and forwards it straight to your phone. Our system scores each one. A real, first-time, in-area inquiry counts as a lead. A repeat caller inside 30 days, a robocall, a wrong number, or a sales pitch does not. At the end of the month you get an invoice for the real leads and a report that lists every single one, with recordings.
What is not a billable lead
- Calls under 60 seconds with no voicemail and no booked job
- The same person calling or writing again within 30 days
- Spam, robocalls, auto-diallers, and telemarketers
- Sales calls trying to sell you something, and job seekers
- Wrong numbers, misdials, and silent hang-ups
- Anyone outside your service area or asking for a service you do not offer
- Our own test and quality-check calls
If you ever disagree with a lead
You get five business days to flag any lead you think should not have been billed. We pull the recording, review it, and reply within three days. If you are right, we credit it against your next invoice and note it in your report. The recording settles it, which keeps both of us honest.
Switch to a flat rental anytime
When the leads are flowing and you would rather pay one predictable monthly number than per call, switch to renting the whole site. You keep every lead, including the busy-season spikes, and we keep ranking it. Slow season, switch back. It is one email, with no penalty either way. See how the two compare on the pricing page.
Pay-per-lead questions
What exactly counts as a billable lead?
A billable lead is a first-time contact from someone in your service area asking about your service. For a phone call that means a first call from that number in 30 days that runs at least 60 seconds of real conversation, or a voicemail, or a booked job. For a form or text it means a first-time submission with a working phone or email and a genuine request.
What never gets billed?
Calls under 60 seconds with no voicemail, repeat contacts from the same person within 30 days, spam and robocalls, sales calls trying to sell you something, wrong numbers, anyone outside your area or asking for a service you do not offer, and our own test calls. If it is not a real customer, you do not pay.
What if a lead does not turn into a job?
A real customer who calls about your service and then goes with someone else is still a billable lead, the same as a lead from any source. We deliver real, in-area inquiries. Closing them is the part you are great at, and exclusivity makes that far easier.
How do I know the leads are real?
Every call is recorded and every form is timestamped. Your monthly report lists each one, and you can listen to the recordings. The recording is the tie-breaker if you ever think a lead should not have been billed.
What if I think I was billed for a bad lead?
You have five business days to flag any lead. We review the recording and respond within three. If it should not have been billed, we credit it against your next invoice. After five days the lead stands.
Are the leads exclusive to me?
Yes. Every lead from your market goes to your business and no one else. We never sell the same call to two contractors.
