Rent a ranked site and keep every lead

Pay one flat number each month for a Maine service site we already rank, and every call and form it brings in is yours. No per-lead charge, no ad spend, no surprises when the busy season hits.

Rent the whole ranked site for a flat monthly rate, from $500 a month. You keep 100% of the leads it sends, including the busy-season spikes that would cost extra on pay-per-lead, and we keep doing the SEO that holds its rank. Same price every month, no matter how many calls come in.

What you get for the monthly rate

A rental is the simplest way to work with us. We have already built a site for your trade in your town and ranked it on Google. You rent it, and the calls and form leads it produces come straight to you. Nothing to set up on your end. The site is live and working the day you sign.

The flat rate covers every lead the site sends, the tracking number that records and forwards your calls, the monthly report that lists each one, and the ongoing SEO work that keeps the site near the top. There is no per-call fee and no cap. If the site has a big month, that is your big month.

The forwarding number, explained straight

When you rent a site, it runs every call through a local tracking number that we own. You do not install anything and you do not change your phone. The day you sign, we point that number at the phone you already use. Someone finds the site, taps to call, and your phone rings like normal.

Every call that comes through is recorded. That is how your monthly report can list each lead and let you listen back. It is also how we keep the billing honest if you ever rent on a pay-per-lead basis instead. There is no porting, no app, and nothing for you to manage. You answer the phone the way you always have.

SEO is included at our in-house rate

We own the site, so we keep working on it the whole time you rent. That is built into your monthly rate. Because it is our own property, we do this work at our in-house rate, which is lower than what an agency charges to do SEO on a site they do not control.

Keeping the site ranked is good for both of us. The higher it sits in the local results, the more calls it sends you, and the longer you stay. So we are not sitting still once you sign. We keep the content fresh and the rankings strong because that is what fills your phone.

The site is exclusive to you

One business per market. When you rent the junk hauling site in your town, every call it makes goes to you and to nobody else in that trade and area. We do not rent the same market twice and we do not sell the same call to two contractors.

That is the real difference from the national lead apps. There you buy a lead and so do three other guys, then you race to call first and lose half of them on price. Here the lead is yours alone, so it closes far more often. A lead that books is worth a lot more than a lead you split four ways.

Switch from pay-per-lead anytime

Plenty of contractors start on pay-per-lead to see the calls are real, then move to a rental once the leads are flowing and they would rather pay one predictable number than per call. With a rental you keep every lead, the busy-season ones included, while the price stays flat.

It works the other way too. If a slow stretch hits and the flat rate is not pulling its weight, switch back to pay-per-lead and only pay for the real calls. Month to month, no contract, no penalty either way. See how the two line up on the pricing page.

Renting versus owning the site

A rental is renting the leads through a site we run. While you rent, the site and the domain stay ours. That is the trade that keeps the price low, since we carry the build cost and the ranking work and you just take the calls.

If you would rather own the website yourself, with the domain in your name and the SEO billed separately, we build those too. Read more about custom websites you own. Most contractors rent first because it is faster and cheaper to get the phone ringing, then decide later whether owning a site makes sense for them.

Website rental questions

What does the flat monthly rate include?

Every lead the site sends, the tracking number that records and forwards your calls, the monthly report, and the ongoing SEO that keeps the site ranked. Rentals start from $500 a month, around $500 for junk hauling and $550 for tree work. You pay the same number whether the site sends you eight calls or thirty.

Do I get every lead, even during a busy spell?

Yes. With a rental there is no per-lead charge, so a busy season costs you nothing extra. Every call and form goes straight to you and the price does not move.

Do I own the website?

No. While you rent it, the site and the domain stay with us and you get the leads it produces. That is what keeps the price low, because we carry the build and the ranking work. If you want a site you own outright, we also do custom builds. Those are yours to keep.

What happens to the SEO while I rent?

We keep doing it. We already run the site, so we work on it at our in-house rate, which is lower than hiring an agency to do SEO on a site we do not control. Keeping the site ranked is in our interest too, because a higher rank means more calls for you.

Is the site exclusive to my business?

Yes. One business per market. The site points its calls at you and no one else in your trade and town gets them. We never rent the same market to two contractors.

Can I cancel or switch to pay-per-lead?

Yes, month to month, no contract and no penalty. If the rental is not pulling its weight in a slow stretch, switch to pay-per-lead and only pay for the real calls. When things pick back up, switch back. It is one email.
